Weight loss goes beyond the scale. The achievement of a real change of lifestyle is the key to success.

1. Create realistic goals: to have very high expectations can lead you to give up quickly. Note that a healthy weight loss is 0.5 to 1 kg per week and a loss of only 10% weight improves various health indicators such as blood pressure or cholesterol (1);

2. Upgrade your chewing: eat slowly and chew 30-50 times each bite of food. It takes about 20 minutes for the brain to receive the information that your stomach is full during that period it is easy to overeat so eating slowly helps to reduce the portions - chew more times reduces on average 12% calorie consumption in each meal (2);

3. Increase your hydration: Drink more water will help your body to expend more energy to contribute to an increased metabolism (3,4). A study of 50 women also found that drinking at least 1.5 liters of water a day helps to reduce appetite and result in weight and fat mass (4).

In combination with a healthier diet and exercise, Forskolin is an ally in weight loss because it helps your body to burn more fat (5). How? Leveraging metabolism helps your body to expend more calories throughout the day.

To lose weight you should spend more calories than you consume. All that will boost your metabolism and help you spend more energy - like Forskolin – that will speed up the weight loss process and will help you get faster results!
